I work around the clock as CEO, CFO, Marketing Director, Blogger, Mother, Wet Nurse, Wife, Energy Healer, Tantrica,  Manager of 5 Virtual Assistants, Book Distributor, Twitter Queen, Lover, Event Coordinator, Motivational Speaker, Web Developer, Friend, Counselor, PR Director, Publicist, Brand Manager, Laundry Maid, and of course Goddess/DIVA.

So I was like REALLY in need last night. Do ya’ll feel me? LOL!

I have been for the past few days in need of a REAL session.  I desire to be more than loved, I desire to be worshiped!

Now, before you call me blasphemous, hear me out.  Human beings – all of us, I dare say – need to be worshiped from time to time.

This entails another human being (or two – whatever ;~) adoring and adorning your body, mind and soul, sending healing vibrations into your soul, speaking strings of kind words into your heart, acknowledging you, sensually, and in every way!  Often we think we need to have a main lover or serious partner to do this.  But that is old school, old paradigm thought!

LOVE HEALS!  How often do you get it in?  LOL!  Here is how it works…

Worship is the basis of Tantra! When my husband and I first began the practice, we were instructed to do this exercise:

1. Each partner make a list of favorite things, music, color, food, so forth plus HOW you desire to be worshiped.
2. Choose two days per week to worship.  One partner is worshiped on one day, the other partner on the next.
3. Prepare for the session by obtaining your partners favorite things and setting the ambiance.
4. Worship your partner for four hours on his or her day!  Speak the words and do the actions they need to heal.

YUMMY!  When we started to make time for this type of practice a few years back, our intimacy soared.  The session is not simply about sex, it’s all about sensual energy!   Worship means giving the other partner what they desire most and solely; giving what they actually need.  We were instructed to ask one another if it is OK to do this, or that, right there in the session!  We were instructed to be present and feel what the person may desire!  We were instructed to speak positive words about the other.  It is advised that the man go first and worship his Queen as this will set the stage of his giving energy and allow her to receive.  This is really cool, especially for married couples.  Takes love to another level!

So last night I desired this type of worship session, needing a refuel.  Hubby and I have not made time to do this with one another lately ~ although we always make time for sex – LOL!  I did not want to ask him to do one more thing, we have SOOOO much to do daily.  I wanted Man Hands on my body and Man Energy telling me all about my beauty and feeding my highest light!  YUM!

So I told my husband what I desired.  The first thing he asked me is if I wanted him to do the work.  I thought about this and I let my authentic self answer, I am not afraid to be real anymore.  That took work!  “Honey, I don’t want you to do it, in fact, I want to give this to you,  but I cannot right now.  I need to be replenished and so do you, is there someone who can do this for you tonight?”  He, of course, said yes and quickly texted a friend of his.

You see, human beings are not islands.  And COUPLES are not islands. We need others to help us along our path.  That is the New Paradigm, right?  We are all connected and need Universal Love to fuel us to our highest heights!  I envisioned receiving the energy of a man who may work, but comes home alone, no kids to raise, no companies to run, a guy who has some spare energy just sitting around in his soul.  And I am so glad I was authentic enough to share this with my husband.  I can do that now that I am FREE!

So hubby left merrily with a kiss and I invited a friend, a Reiki Master and energy healer that we both feel comfortable with.  My husband actually called a friend of his who might be willing to do this for me, but to no avail.  I had expressed that I wanted two men to enact that powerful, spiritual force of healing light upon me, but I settled for one.  LOL! My husband was being helpful.

Anyway,  the friend arrived at about 10:30 PM – Fabulous!  The children and dogs were sleeping.  I lit a candle, and then some sage to purify the space and my energy as well as his.  He had his bag of essential oils, Jasmine, he said, would do the trick!  I ran a bath and he promptly began to work on me.  He asked if he could bathe the Goddess.  YES!

Fully clothed, he bathed my Eve Clad body in the light of night candles and Pandora Bliss.  I LOVE www.pandora.com !  I go there to simply put in one of my favorite meditation songs and they play all types of great and similar songs all night long!

With the tunes of Indian chants swirling in my mind, I opened to closing my mouth and receiving his hands.  It was the first warm night in Atlanta and so my windows were wide open.  I saw him draw the blinds and thought for a moment to tell him to leave them open when I recalled the act of receiving is about submission.  I would give him no instruction tonight.

Earlier in my text I told him clearly what I desired and the rest would be up to him.  I told him that sex would be way too much energy output, I told him that the evening had to be all about me, and my need for touch healing.  He agreed to that one caveat and we proceeded in love.

Fully clothed, he ran his luscious hands touching every aspect of my soul level energy making me clean with his thoughts of good intention.  He spoke to me of my purpose and he wiped old energy away from my auric field.  I felt the lights glowing, my body quaked with JOY as he shed the old and opened me to what is new, powerful and NOW.

I am lucky to have energy healers as close friends, but all men have this power in their hearts and hands.

After two full hours of being rubbed, touched, moved and completely settled, I moaned and erupted with wave after wave of bliss.  In a prior me, I would have been thinking, “well, what is he going to GET, besides blue balls?”  I used to feel like I was a tease to enjoy Man Hands without giving him something in return.  That is before I knew that for a man, having a woman in this way is all he desires.  He desires to enact his light and electricity upon us and to have us respond with bliss, to appreciate him, is acknowledgment and pleasure enough!

I loved each moment and visualized – or was transported to new places.  Once I was on a barge going down a river in India with four men rowing the vessel.  In the middle of the barge was me as Yin and a healing man as Yang and were were there in the center wrapped in JOY!  I realized the the four men rowing symbolized the four directions and in the center is harmony!  WOW!

Another time Pandora gave me a woman singing this awesome chant, bold, robust and taking me eagerly with her to the center of my being – I saw all that is to come and all that has ever been.  He held the space, grounding me as I soared!  So many vision, I cannot even recall them all.  Seems our session unfolded in phases – visual chips of memories I needed to see releasing me from who I think I am and making me wholly present in that which I truly am – Eternal – Moist – Feminine – Divine – Sacred…

I cannot tell you how rejuvenated I felt once the session wound down four hours later.  The time was 2:00 AM and we found our way back to the planet to hug goodbye.  I wanted his Adam Clad body to stay.  His body felt like heaven to mine.  The Platonic aspect of our friendship was not hampered.  It was by choice that we ended the session to return to the idea of friendship.

He was so pleased with himself and I made that possible by telling him all about the journeys he had conjured.  It is important for us to do that for one another.  For many men, all they truly need to feel acknowledged is our sweet voice singing praises of their power.  I told this man exactly what he did for me last night; he can now experience his power more fully.

Acknowledgment is more important than FOOD to human beings on Planet Earth!

So I say all of this to say that at any point and when you are ready, especially if you are single, you can make any platonic relationship into a healing den of bliss.  And why not?  We are all in need of love.  Do you know that it is a scientific fact that love heals cancer, diabetes, heart disease and so much more!  YES!  Check this article!

There will come a day when the need for Western Medicine – allopathic medicine – will not be so wide-spread.  It will happen on the day when we realize that we are all healers and that touch is not to be shunned, but is the essence of our internal medicine flame.  Humanity healed, embraced, and love power fully acknowledged at last!

Your scenery isn’t changing much, right?  It’s the master program at work.  Your spirit contains your master program – or your hard drive.  You downloaded most of the applications from age 0-7 and then more from 7 to your current age. But the damned thing appears to be stuck on stupid only because you haven’t debugged lately…

Let us take a closer look.   Your spiritual hard drive speaks a specific language just as your computer’s hard drive communicates in 0′s and 1′s.  What if you sat there and tried to communicate with your computer with words.  “Take Me To Facebook!”  Would it go?  I do not think so.  Well, not unless you have the voice activation application which translates your language to that of your PC.  Then you can have your crackbook fix…LOL!

The language and function of your internal hard drive – many say spirit – is similar.  Not in that it reads 0′s and 1′s but in that it does not communicate in English.  Hard drive is to PC’s functionality as Inner Spirit is to your personal reality.

If you were anything like me, you would design a machine as creamy as a Mac (I am pimped out on Mac – sorry) that would talk to your spirit for you;  Communicate effectively, so your life runs smoothly. But you do not have to go to the drafting table – I have a blueprint for your own Spirit Bending Machine.  Forget the conceptual stage and follow these easy instructions.  No assembly required.

If you want to talk to your Inner Being – yes the one that creates your world (sorry, the intellect does not create, it is a tool of transmission not of creation) -  then go ahead and speak – but use the following language so that your Internal Hard Drive can get the message.  Add applications as needed, they are infinite.  And have as much fun as humanly possible!  You are The Avatar baby, now lets Bend Some Spirit!  Ohhhhh – sexy!

The Sensual Language of Spirit:

FEELING|EMOTION – the sensual language of spirit.  Empty words don’t mean a thing.  It’s feeling or emotion that ignite the function of your Internal Hard Drive.  ‘Speaking English’ to that Inner Being is only relevant if you have strong emotion behind what you say.  But for most, this isn’t the case.  In fact, many of us speak affirmations that we do no FEEL or Believe.  Then we say – well affirmations don’t work – I’m going back to prayer – prayer doesn’t work – I’m going to be an atheist – roaming is too expensive – I am depressed.

So how do we add feelings to our lives without being a total sap?  Why, we harness the five sense of course!  Make FEELING easy!  The Five ‘known’ senses are mechanisms just as the keyboard is a mechanism that translates our language into 0′s and 1′s.  More accurately, our five senses are like an operating system (windows?) for dummies.  You don’t have to know how to program to use an operating system – you just use the handy thing and you’re surfing the net like magic or using any application you wish – even downloading more!

Here is how you can harness the five senses to communicate FEELINGS to your spirit. Your Inner Being needs to know how you FEEL to deliver what you want.  You see, due to early programming, most of us FEEL afraid that we will never get what we want.  Spirit ‘feels’ that.  Our strongest emotions are often, anxiety, fear, boredom, or lack.  Spirit doesn’t hear you say “I want one million dollars”  It FEELS you say “I will probably never have one million dollars, I am not smart enough, I have to go to work, I have to get my degree first”.

You see,  words do not compute and logic will never do.  It doesn’t matter that you say you want money, spirit FEELS your disbelief.  Spirit doesn’t care that it is not logical to live check-to-check.  She delivers on what you FEEL.  She does not care if it is heartbreak you expect.  She delivers what you FEEL.  It’s time to create something new.  Until then, she will simply do what you FEEL is most likely…

To change this poor communication of FEELING, try using the five senses more pointedly.

Operating System Component One:  TOUCH

Your spirit FEELS touch.  You can install the CREATE MONEY NOW application using the Touch button!  Use touch as a conduit to speak with spirit.  Use TOUCH to communicate just how much money and by when.  Touch is simply.  You can touch yourself anywhere and in any way (if you are not Catholic).  You can solicit others to touch you for you.  Kinky.  You can have as much fun as you like with touch.  Just be sure that when you are being touched and feeling the good feelings of being touched that you channel the energy toward what you desire.  Practice feeling good not just because of the touch, but because this touch translates what it FEELS like to get what you desire.  In this way you speak to spirit.

Every touch that feels good opens communication to spirit.  Even touch that FEELS bad communicates – that is why some choose to spank.  I speak on this in another article on this blog about sex. TOUCH opens the gateway to spirit and sends the code needed for your Inner Being to hear you.  Touch gives you goose bumps, alters your state of consciousness and takes you to the upper 88% of your brain.  Use the BLISS of TOUCH to communicate to Spirit.

Have you ever noticed when in BLISS during TOUCH you aren’t thinking about your fears?  You feel on top of the world and you actually are.  Touch is a Spirit Benders tool for creating connection to spirit.  Once the connection is made just inject your desires, focus on them during the TOUCH session and your Inner Being will hear you loud and clear.  Simple enough?

If you have no one to touch you, and are too chaste to touch yourself, go get a message.  Once the masseuse is touching you, allow yourself to slip into an altered state of consciousness – now dream away about what you truly desire – perfect and flawless connection to SOURCE.

Operating System Component Two:  SIGHT

Art is HUGE in our culture, images are powerful.  Commercial Ads provide proof of this.   An image of what the marketing expert wants you to buy set with the right colors, light and tone, invokes FEELINGS of DESIRE.  You want that THING.  How fabulous!  I love marketing.  But now let’s shift this function so that you can program your Inner Being with what you actually want, not what someone wants you to want.

Any image will do – give me stick figures dammit.  You can speak with your Inner Being using Images.  This is why vision boards, Mind Movies and the like have been so popular in New Paradigm thought (which is really old Indigenous thought – yeah I said it!)  Drawing pictures, create photo collages and use screen savers depicting your desired end results.  Whenever your spirit sees an image, it reads it carefully and integrates it into your being.  You immediately begin to attract what you see.  This is why we all dress the same, talk the same, listen to similar music and so forth.  Use SIGHT technology to create what you desire.

Now, the imagination is also in this mix.  If we had been trained from youth to create images in our minds and hold those images until they became reality, we wouldn’t have to use something so primitive as a poster board and magazine clippings. No matter,  practice creating images of what you desire in your mind; SIGHT is a great line in to SOURCE.

Operating System Component Three:  SOUND

Music is Magic.  What you hear in the form of melodic sound has the potential to become your reality.  Spirit hears melody, harmony and sound vibration and these vibes alter our state of consciousness and place us in a receptive state.  This is why it is important to monitor what you hear in the form of music.  When Biggie Smalls Rapped over a trance inducing, dope, beat that he was Ready To Die, spirit took him seriously.  Sorry.  Take in through sound only what you desire in your reality.

See, doesn’t that FEEL good?  OK – if you don’t like the song (hateration) then inject any song you like.  Or make up your own!  But be sure you’re sending your spirit the right message.  Want more love, more money, more peace, just choose the right song!  Meditation CD’s are great too.  I made some!  My group is called Trance Organic -  Buy FLowCA$h Here… I’m fresh like dat.

Operating System Component Number Four:  TASTE

This is a yummy one.  Taste is an important way to communicate with Spirit.  I’ll prove it.  When you feel down doesn’t that Hagen Daaz lift you up for the moment?  Yeah, I know.  Now just use that technology wisely.  Use Honey, oranges, mango and sliced sugar cane and go to work!  Eat that luscious fruit, or have someone feed you, and direct the feel good energy of the tastes sensations toward what you want!  You can even name the damned fruit – this orange is my new lover, isn’t he sweet – and then proceed to eat him alive!  Take him in like a lover would.  You’ll get the results you desire.  Change your past this way – this honey is the sweet words of my mother – (maybe mom was not so sweet – so what!)

This is fun and smooth – much like a Mac!  Better than facebook in terms of stimulation.   A direct route to spirit!  Get busy ya’ll!  You must have one piece of fruit in that pantry.  Get it out and munch away – munch into a brand new day!

Be sure to enjoy the sweet essence of tasty treats with your objectives in mind.  Your spirit will get the message loud and clear and you’ll begin to see that your reality is just as sweet as the fruit you eat.

Operating System Component Five: SMELL

Now this one is common.  Aromatherapy is ordinarily recognized by science for it’s medicinal effects.   Shift your mood, lift your spirits and heal your body!  How does essential oil do all of that?  Well, it opens a passage to your soul!  Each herb has a different effect on the spirit, in this way, essential oils can alter your state of consciousness in specific ways.

Need Courage?  Try Pine

Need Love?  Try Rose

Need Patience?  Try Myrrh

Need Money?  Try Honeysuckle

Need Peace?  Try Mint

Whatever you need there is an herb that can communicate your desire to your Hard Drive, you Inner Being.  Use herbs by simply applying them, in oil form, to your body!  If you are really savvy, you can run a bath and use the oil or fresh herb in the tub (don’t clog the drain – OK?  I am not liable and will not be sending a plumber to your home)  Once you feel the essence of the lovely scent, simply channel the BLISS you FEEL toward your objective.  And here is where blending comes in handy.

How often do you simply get on the PC (see, I am not biased to Mac) and use windows to do just one thing at a time?  Today I will use Word, tomorrow I will use EXCEL, the next day I will use POWERPOINT?  Almost never huh?

BLEND YOUR SPIRIT BENDING!

Combine the function of the five senses (your operating system) to navigate life seamlessly.  Use touch, taste, smell, sight and sound together.  Get jiggy with it and make magic in your life.  Juju means Magic!!!  And this is what we do baby!  I enjoy setting my bath with essential oils, using an image that I love or creating one in my mind, drenching my body with honey and licking my fingers of it, while listening to by boyfriend, TI, tell me I can have whatever I like, as my husband rubs my back.  LOL!  Oh I am a Spirit Bending Diva!  Oh, my husband doesn’t mind my boyfriend TI because he benefits from my having whatever I like!

I don’t believe in luck.  I am an Avatar just like you, and I am determined to enable the higher functions of my mind, learn the terrain of spirit, and use technology to shift my entire reality, daily!  I invoke powerful emotion to create what I desire.  I employ FEELINGS and EMOTION so that Spirit can ‘understand’ what I really want and work on my behalf.  You can do it too!  Just sit back, turn up the tunes, and relax!
